We started our Yoga journey for different reasons and in various ways, but continue our study of Yoga because of the same curiosity and deep respect for this ancient philosophy and powerful system for continued health and wellness.
Urban Ashram was built to share our exploration of Yoga with others and build a community; it is our classroom, our studio and our sanctuary within the city.
We believe that Yoga can transform lives for the better and we want to share the wonderful benefits of a regular practice by making it accessible for everyone.
Urban Ashram Manila – Center for Yoga aims to provide the best possible venue for every person, regardless of age or previous experience, to discover Yoga and deepen his or her practice.
We want each student to feel great at the end of every class. Each instructor is committed to teaching a safe and progressive practice. Breath and movement are linked together in sequences designed to gradually open and strengthen the body, and help students find the perfect balance between effort and ease in each pose. We have expanded this view to other areas in one’s life, including Kids Yoga, Pre- and Post-Natal Yoga, Restoratives, and Meditation.
We believe that a regular Yoga practice benefits both the mind and body and helps everybody make more responsible choices for a healthier lifestyle.
